Number six is no joke.  A number of years ago a church I know of had just built a new beautiful sanctuary.  During one of their first pageants, someone thought the colored footlights would have a mysterious veiled look if they laid a piece of burlap across them. 

 

The shepherds, holy family, cherubs and congregation exited before the fire trucks arrived.  By next Christmas a new building was open and the lighting effects for the pageant were much less dramatic.

 

So y'all be careful now; you don't want the "fire next time" to take place inside your sanctuary.
