The Canticum Novum Singers, Harold Rosenbaum, Conductor and Artistic Director will present Welcum Yule - A Holiday Concert on Saturday, December 14 at 8:00 PM and Sunday, December 15 at 3:00 PM at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church, 552 West End Ave. (at 87th St.) in Manhattan.
 
These first concerts of The Canticum Novum Singers’ 41st  Anniversary season will include While by my Sheep, arranged by Hugo Jungst, O Magnum Mysterium by Tomas Luis de Victoria, Hodie Christus Natus Est by Jan Pieters Sweelinck, Ave Maria by Johannes Brahms, Ave Maria by Anton Bruckner, A Christmas Cantata by Arthur Honegger and Friede auf Erden by Arnold Schoenberg.

The Canticum Novum Singers, hailed by critics and audiences alike, is now in its 41st season under the direction of its founder, Harold Rosenbaum. During the past 40 years, this chamber choir has achieved both national and international recognition for its stylistic versatility, vocal blend, and expressive range. The ensemble has presented dozens of world, American, and New York premieres by composers ranging from Handel, J.C.
