Italian or Latin, small pieces for weddings?

Some of you may recall that I have asked about any arrangements of "Panis angelicus" for small ensemble...SA or SB/AB, or
SAT,/SAB for instance?
Organ accompaniment.

I am also still looking for original pieces or arrangements for the same type of vocal group, of beautiful music for wedding mass.
 Any period is fine.

Pieces in Latin or Italian will be most favoured,
English presents some pronunciation problems (although everyone wants to sing gospel!)and some priests may actually object of they
cannot follow the text (!), but  we are willing to try any piece in English, French, Spanish...as well as latin and Italian.

Please, please, suggestions?!

Thank you
Lisa

You might look at “Nigra Sum” by Pablo Casals.  It’s scored for an SA chorus div. and accompanied by a piano or organ.  Casals wrote a lot of his works for the Choir at Montserrat and they used to give a beautiful performance of this with the organ.   –Michael A. Gray
