Longing and Remembrance
Motets of Victoria, Palestrina, Byrd, Tallis, Guerrero, and others.

Join us for our final concert of our third season, as we take you on a journey
from the willow glades of Babylon on the banks of the Euphrates through the
desert sands to the majestic towers and gleaming domes of ancient Jerusalem.
Come with us on our travels as we recollect in vivid hues, longed-for memories
of fountains and pomegranates after the rain, and bide with us through sepia

Our mission: to build community through music, while striving for the highest degree of artistic excellence.
Now in our third season, we bring together experienced professionals and advanced amateurs from across
Boston and Cambridge in a musical meltic pot for three months. Our final concert is a culmination of a
summer of exchanging ideas and forging musical bonds. On September 14, we will take you on a magical
journey to the gates and spires of ancient Jerusalem rising from the desert sands.
