~ In his 20th year as artistic director, Al Kopacka has chosen to reprise one selection from each of the Sussex County Oratorio Society’s last 19 spring concerts. The May 2017 concert program, A Journey in Song ~ Part II, is listed below. It includes songs in French, German, Italian, Latin, Russian and English. Funding for the Oratorio has been made available, in part, by the New Jersey Council on the Arts/Department of State, a partner of the National Endowment for the Arts, through the State/County Partnership Block Grant Program, as administered by the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council.
