It indeed is "published" by Oxford, but Oxford has a distribution agreement with Hinshaw in the United States to publish about 95% of John Rutter's music in the United States - so it may not be an "Oxford" publication in the US.

The pronounciation guide provided with the Musica Russica edition of the work (which the guide might be on the website) is wonderful. The work is actually in Church Slavonic, not pure Russian, so there are a few differences in pronunciation.
