I am beginning to work with a small group of women from a not for profit
Christian organization in the US. The group is between 3-5 members. One of
the members reads music and the others do not. They have fairly nice voices
but most have not sung in a formal choir before. I am looking for pieces
that are fairly easy to learn but that are interesting to listen to. They
can have one to four parts and can be culturally diverse. Also, any ideas on
warm ups or activities to do with the women would be appreciated. They are
still not very comfortable singing together.
