Hi All,

Does anyone have anything that would be useful as I prepare a proposal for
the use of church space for special concerts from 'outside groups'?

Policy your church has for use of space for concerts
Insurance concerns
How you handle ticket sales/suggested donations
What/how your church charges other groups to use the space
Use of instruments
Snags, glitches to watch out for
Anything else you think of.

Also, good arguments for why it makes sense to open the church to the
community for arts-related events.
Does it affect potential church membership? Any cold hard evidence to this?
Other ways in which concert series affects the community?
