Hi, Rochelle.  I can't comment on the three programs you mentioned because I'm not familiar with them.  I am familiar with the Kodály Center of America program, which my late wife took for her certification while it was located in New England, and which I think is still located at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.  If she is still there, you might contact Dr. Sandra Mathias at Capital to ask for her opinion about various Kodály certification programs.  What you do need to know is that different programs operate under different influences, so there can be some fairly important differences from one to another.
