Dunstan House announces the publication of the Durham Mass by Daniel E. Gawthrop. This new setting of the Ordinary is intended for liturgical use by congregation and organ, but also features optional independent parts for an SATB chorus and for a brass quartet (2 trumpets, trombone & bass trombone). It may be used in its simplest form by congregation with organ accompaniment, but for special occasions or whenever the forces are available, either the choral parts or the brass parts may be added (or both--they are independent of each other).
