cafepress.com - very easy to use and there is no minimum order (you can literally make and order just 1 custom item).

Gandy Ink in San Angelo, TX is the best I have ever dealt with in 21 years of teaching. Free shipping, no set up charge for artwork, 5 free shirts for every 50 you order, free director's shirts with orders of a certain size, same price if you need to re-order shirts later (even a small amount) - the list goes on and on. They have a great catalog with literally hundreds of designs in their "rhythmwear" category that they can personalize for your group. They have a whole special section of the company (rhythmwear) that just deals with music groups. They send you a color email of your artwork to proof and then ship the shirts faster than any of my local t-shirt shops can. My shirts are usually at my school within 5 days of when I approve the proof. They are truly amazing - my parents owned a t-shirt shop growing up so I have some knowledge of the business and I cannot figure out how they are so expedient! You want to talk to Cele Gandy - their website is www.gandyink.com. I swear I don't work for these people - they are just that good at what they do!

I too have the same question but live in the uk. I run a childrens choir and need to get them a 'uniform'. I have had a quick look round but have found minimum orders and cost a problem....
Is there anyone out there who has done this in the UK?

I've used "Custom Ink" (www.customink.com) and found them to be very good -- quality work, fast and cheap.

Hi Adele-
I have a favorite. Small operation. Attention to quality. You can reach them at http://pacific-image.net. Phone number is 541-895-5033. Cell 541-953-7718. Ask for Pete or Lisa. Tell them that Peter Robb from Oregon Fesival Choirs sent you.

I've used www.advertisingedge.com for over 10 years. They are VERY reasonable and design your artwork for free.
I've used them for large and small orders for different age groups.
