About the Choir
The Choir is one of the leading university choirs in England winning many awards and critical acclaim for it performances of renaissance music. Consisting of twenty-eight choral scholars it is directed by the College Organist and Senior Lecturer in Music David Trendell.  
The Programme
The concerts will include masterpieces from the Renaissance Era, music by nineteenth and twentieth century English and continental masters and works by J. S. Bach. The choir has made recordings of music by Alonso Lobo, Sebastian de Vivanco, William Byrd and John Taverner. It has recently recorded its first disc of music by Philippe Rogier for Hyperion.
