Help, i am new and i can not see the display or the video, solving this will help me solve a recent problem on my computer, in that i can not see the welcome video. what can i do to tweek my computer so that certain boxes are not blank with a small red x in the corner. i would very much like to see the video. 

 

If this is a general interest answer to anyone else having this same problem please post asap , thanks for your help i'd like to see the video
