With pleasure, we offer your Choir to take part in it!

Maximum number of participants from one group is 35! (incl. performers, leaders and other accompanying persons).
A participating group performs free programme of various genres for 45 minutes max.
Participation fee amounts 50 Euro per a person for the whole period and covers costs for accommodation during the Forum.
Expenses for meals (3 times a day), main cultural and entertaining events will be covered by the Forum. International travel costs, health insurance should be covered by a participating group.

The Application deadline is February 1, 2010.

Please, provide the following compulsory material (on CD/DVD) with the application (see the form on the website) :
concert audio recording (no less than 3 pieces of various genres);
list of concert programme pieces;
Recent high-resolution digital photos ;
The group’s history, containing the most important artistic achievements ;
Shortlist of participants, including name/surname/gender/date of birth/ passport number/position in the group;
Participation agreement.
