Does anyone use Box Office/ticketing software?Date: February 12, 2010
I am looking into box office software such as easymatch and Folio for next season. Does anyone have experience with box office software that prints the tickets? I am looking for pros & cons of what you like and dislike about the software program you use. Replies (2): Threaded | Chronological

I do the tickets for the Naitonal Mens Chorus and use TicketBench Plus. It cost about $140 and you can order it and download it on line.
It works pretty well. Once you have set up your first ticket it is easy to change the details for the next concert. It prints both the ticket area and stub area and automatically numbers each one. OPur tickets are pretty simple but it apparently can get as complex as you want.

Thank you for such a prompt reply, Frederic. TicketBenchPlus prints tickets only. I will look into it.
Does anyone use a ticket printing system that also keeps a database that will print reports and mailing lists?
