I would like to use the song "Psalm 25" (Higher Than the Mountains) on a recording that the children of our church will create to give to students attending our Vacation Bible School this summer.  I have searched unsucessfully through all the normal means of obtaining a mechanical license (Harry Fox Agency, ASCAP, etc.).  Does anyone know how to contact Krista Wiger or how to obtain permission to use this song?
