Established in a nurturing environment, Creating Artistry offers an opportunity for conductors to further develop conducting skills. Through individual and master class teaching, conductors study Conducting Gesture, Vocal Techniques, Rehearsal Efficiency, Pacing, Score Analysis, Repertoire, Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Choral Administration and Multicultural Interpretation. Advances choirs of the Indianapolis Children's Choir act as laboratory choirs to provide the opportunity for participants to explore actively the conducting process.
