Just wondering.  Until my current position, I always used a vinyl music folder for my children's choirs (grades 3-8).  In my current position, I tried using 3-ring binders and was amazed at how badly mutilated the octavos and handouts were when folders were cleaned out at year's end.  Not to mention the binders being destroyed by the more active. The music stays in the choir room cubbies unless signed out by the chorister.
