The Arts Academy Chorale is a 55+ member community chorale. The AAC, now starting its tenth season, provides an opportunity for singers in Winchester and surrounding communities to perform a variety of choral repertoire, from Bach to Broadway. Last season included Gounod's "Saint Cecilia Mass" and Bernstein's "Chichester Psalms". AAC members aspire to a high level of music making as well as a commitment to regular rehearsal attendance. In most cases, an audition is required by the conductor. The Vocal Consort, a 16 voice select ensemble (members of the AAC) perform additional, more challenging repertoire.
