I would like to get in touch with church musicians whose churches have music internships for undergraduate and/or graduate students. We have the occasional intern, and are preparing to step up the program to more intentionally work with upper level undergrads, graduate students, and eager musicians considering or pursuing a vocation in church music. Would love to hear from others who are a step or two ahead of us, regardless of whether you consider your program a success or a challenge.
