Founded in 1950, the Wilmington Choral Society has been providing the community with outstanding choral performances for six decades. Representing a diversity in age, professions and geographic distribution, the group presents up to four concerts annually and is considered an integral part of Wilmington's cultrual community. The Wilmington Choral Society is dedicated to the goals of engaging, educating and supporting the greater Cape Fear community through the vehicle of music. We strive to further the appreciation and love of choral music and to financially support worthwhile charities through the presentation of traditional masterworks and contemporary music.
