Replies vary in quality, volume and dialect depending on who records the word.  I checked out some Russian words and it was hard to understand some words due to quality of recording.  Recordings can be rated by anyone listening to the word.  It is a kind of wikipedia for pronunciation.  There is always the possibility that someone says it incorrectly. Interesting - could be helpful at times but it would be good to double check with other sources for work where accuracy is critical.
