This is a preannouncement for the International Choral Competition Ave Verum in Baden/Austria held from May 16th to 19th 2012. ICC Ave Verum will be open to all non-professional choirs from 16 to 40 singers (male, female, mixed, children). Only 11 choirs will be accepted among them one Austrian. More details in about three weeks on www.aveverum.at !

Baden is a very nice picturesque spa 25km south of Vienna. The city is known as the city of Mozart and Beethoven. Mozart composed his famous anthem "Ave Verum" there and Beethoven his "9th symphony".
