Interfaith Thanksgiving Service Anthem suggestion

Dear Colleagues,
I am coordinating the music for an Interfaith Community Thanksgiving service to be held at my church. I am looking for an easy  but worthwhile anthem for the combined choirs to sing  with only a 30 minute, prior to service, rehearsal. Any suggestions?

"With Heart and Hands" - John Rutter;  Hinshaw Music; HMC2270; composed for the Texas Choral Directors Association Convention, July 2010;  at the end of the anthem for the SATB choir, the Congregation joins to sing the first verse of the standard hymn, "Now Thank We All Our God";   Easy;  Very effective.

To continue the Rutter recommendations, "Look at the World" Hinshaw Music; HMC 1527.  Lovely melody; has a part for children's choir that can be covered by the sopranos, but use children if possible - it's really nice.  Lots of key changes, but is picked up quickly & easily.

"One Faith, One Hope, One Lord" by Craig Courtney is fantastic.  The piece can be done with organ or piano and there is an optional trumpet solo.  This piece assumes that this is more than and ecumenical service rather than interfaith - it is Christian specific.
