The Macalester Concert Choir, Highland Camerata and Women's Chamber Ensemble will perform their annual fall concert on Friday, December 3, 2010 at 8pm in the Janet Wallace Concert Hall.  The concert will feature a world premiere by the American Composer Randall Bauer titled The Bridge of Love (a multi-movement work for SATB choir and piano).  Themes of Love, Loss and Passion will be explored through the music of Tomás Luis de Victoria, Abbie Betinis, J.S. Bach, Maurice Duruflé, Richard Smallwood, Jonathan Dove, Orlando Gibbons and traditional folk music of Somalia and China. Eugene Rogers, director, Ruth Palmer and Anna McFall, accompanists.  Admission is free.
