CALL FOR CHOIRS 2011-2013--CO-PRODUCED CONCERTS--REVENUE MAKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GENERAL OPERATING BUDGETS--USA AND CANADA

CALL FOR CHOIRS TO CO-PRODUCE CHORAL CONCERTS, SEPTEMBER 2011-DECEMBER 2013 
 
VivaDesire, a new organization comprised of young, talented emerging Classical Musicians invites choirs from all over North America to participate in co-produced concerts featuring some of VivaDesire's Artists in Residence, including:
 
Ryan Shookman--Pianist (Juilliard, Conservatoire Nationale de Paris)
T. Desiree Hines-- Classical/Pipe Organist (Mannes)
Tona Brown--Violinist, Mezzo Soprano (Shenendoah Conservatory)
Joseph Hallman--Composer in Residence (Cleveland Institute)
 
Choirs that co-produce and present concerts with VivaDesire receive:
  • 25-50% of ticket sales revenue for your choir's general operating budget, depending on the volume of ticket sales.
  • Assistance securing community, corporate, and media partners for the event. All VivaDesire Artists are affiliated with businesses, companies, individuals, and organizations which are highly supportive of events which they are parts of.
  • Venue location assistance/procurement. Churches, Auditoriums, Concert Halls, Performances are all welcomed.
  • Assistance with Marketing and Public Relations
  • Box Office and Ticket Salse Assistance (partial or full management, whichever requested)
  • Assistance developing hospitality events for supporters and concert attendees
Requirements for Being part of Co-Produced Concerts with VivaDesire:
  • Willingness to perform a concert of repertoire featuring  your choir with VivaDesire Artists as guest soloists.Artists Repertoire lists are available upon request.
  • Willingness to actively promote the concert as a major event during your concert season, with prominent placement in all marketing materials.
All Types of Choirs are welcomed to inquire about this opportunity!
Choirs made of of individuals from marginalized and under-represented groups are strongly encouraged to be part of these productions!
