Under the direction of Lyn Ransom, Music Director, and Andrew Monath, Associate Conductor, the 65 singers of VOICES Chorale and Sotto Voce, its chamber group, present a selection of their classical favorites Friday, March 18, 2011, 8 pm, Pennington Presbyterian Church, 13, S. Main Street, Pennington, NJ and Sunday, March 20, 2011, 3 pm, Anchor Presbyterian Church, 980 Durham Rd (Rte 413), Wrightstown, PA  
VOICES Singers' Favorites include Mozart's Regina Coeli  and Ave Verum Corpus, Brahms' Die Mainacht (The May Night), excerpts from Bizet's Carmen, Verdi's Nabucco, Gilbert & Sullivan's The Mikado, music by Edward Elgar, Giovanni Palestrina, Josef Rheinberger, and Randall Thompson. Sotto Voce will be offering Bach's Motet No. 6, Lobe den Herrn, alle Heiden; three part songs by Brahms; and a spiritual. Kathleen Connolly Milly, organist and pianist, as well as a string ensemble, will perform with VOICES. With special guest Styra Avins, annotator and editor of Johannes Brahms, Life and Letters.
