Mozart Requiem to celebrate Virginia Glee Club's 140th Anniversary

Location: Virginia, USA
Choir type: College and University Choirs
Voicing: Mixed
Greetings, colleagues,
To kick off the Virginia Glee Club's 140th anniversary celebration this weekend, the U.Va.'s oldest musical organization will present a performance of Mozart's Requiem in D Minor. If you're in the Charlottesville area, we hope you'll join us for what promises to be a great evening. Each choir will also sing a set of solo pieces from their concert reperotire. The following day, we'll be hosting scores of alumni and four Glee Club conductors, past and present, for a day of singing and camaraderie. You don't turn 140 every day!
