Durufle Requiem/Winter Missa Gaia

Choral concert to be held at the First United Methodist Church of Germantown (FUMCOG), Sunday June 12 at 5PM.
 
The FUMCOG Concert Choir and Children's Choir will perform a concert singing a complete performance of Maurice Durufle's Requiem, selected movements of Paul Winter's Missa Gaia and a set of spirituals.  Featured performers include Mark Laubach, organ; Lynn Riley, saxophone; Margaret Baroody, mezzo-soprano and Katrina Kormansky, cello.  Kevin O'Malia, FUMCOG's music director, will conduct the performance.
 
Admission is free, however, there will be a free-will offering taken to further our annual concert series.  There will also be a reception following the event.
