What is the procedure for unsubscribing and stopping
delievery of Scott's new and unwelcome "ChoralBuzz" stream of
messages?

The way to unsubscribe from anything on ChoralNet is to go to "Read My Subscriptions" on the MyChoralNet menu, find an example of something you want to unsubscribe from, and click the Unsub button.
