Location: New Jersey, USA
Westminster Choir College announces the Vocal Institute, a choral/vocal program for high school students. This program draws over 100 of the best singers from across the nation and from several countries. Study vocal music in a collegiate setting with choral conductor/clinician Dr. Amanda Quist, and Westminster voice faculty artists Elem Eley, Thomas Faracco, Julia Kemp, Elizabeth Sutton, and Sharon Sweet. Students prepare a concert of advanced choral repertoire, attend voice classes and give recitals, choose from elective classes, and have the opportunity to audition for the Chamber Choir, Women's Chorus, and Men's Chorus of Westminster VI.
"I loved getting to work with great musicians and vocalists, and being surrounded in musical greatness."
"It solidified my decision to go to music school. Thank you!"
"It really prepares you for other events and experiences you will have in the choral world, and helps you develop a sense of professionalism necessary to be a musician."
