The Arbel Chorale, Philadelphia's Independent Jewish Choir, under the direction of Robert A. M. Ross, presents its annual Spring Concert, "Hearts Rejoice". The concert will include music by S. Rossi, Yehezkel Braun, Nurit Hirsh, and others. Specially featured will be pieces by Charles Davidson, Cantor Emeritus of Congreagtion Adath Jesurun of Elkins Park, PA.
The concert will include special guests Gesher, the combined choirs of Congregation Beth El and Temple Sholom, both in Southern New Jersey. Guest soloists will be Hazzan Aliza Pomerantz-Boro and Cantor Jen Cohen.
"Hearts Rejoice" will take place on Wednesday, June 6, 7:30 pm, at Congregation Mikveh Israel, 44 N. 4th St., Philadelphia. Tickets are $15, students/seniors $10, under 13 free.
