San Francisco Girls Chorus concludes its 2011-2012 season with guest pianist, composer and popular From the Top program host Christopher O’Riley with conductor Brandon Brack. The concert will feature works by Debussy, Vaughan Williams, Eric Whitacre and the world premiere of Christopher O’Riley’s transcription of four Joni Mitchell songs from her debut album "Song To A Seagull."

In anticipation of his appearance with SFGC, O'Riley says, "I look forward to performing with the San Francisco Girls Chorus next June. I got to know the group through their From the Top performance and broadcast in 2009, and I'm delighted to have the chance to write and perform a new arrangement with this talented young classical music ensemble."
