Peregrinus Tour Consulting was started to help choirs, churches and other non-profit organization plan and execute concert tours, residencies, pilgrimages and festivals. We are not a tour agency. We are a consulting firm that specializes in group tours and in offering advice and comprehensive travel services.

Unlike traditional tour companies, we offer services based on the group's needs. We don't add profit to each person traveling (on top of already inflated tour costs) or agree to a set number of travelers. Our services can by hired for an individual need (such as group airfare, hiring a motorcoach or securing a concert venue) or for a comprehensive full-service tour or festival.  We listen to our client's needs and work with them to create a tour or festival by counseling, arranging and directing the individual elements of the tour or event, or by handling the project in its entirety. 

Our services can be billed by the hour or combined into comprehensive packages, either of which can lower your tour costs dramatically. We counsel you in your tour making/festival decisions, make your arrangements and facilitate your tour logistics. You hold all of the tour funds and make payments directly to the provider. This gives you full control of your project, finances and true transparency of cost.

Since we are consultants and not a tour company, you can choose the level of service you and your group need.  We can supply services for as much or as little assistance as you see fit.   You can contract us for one hour of consulting, to completely plan and execute your project or anything in between.
