While it may not be exactly what you are looking for - Carl Schalk's setting (CPH) that was originally published for SATB, Two Trumpets, and Organ was relatively recently (last couple of years) released for SATB, Brass Quartet, and organ.

I haven't found one I liked better than Donald Busarow's setting (MorningStar 60-9000).  Quite easy, SAB choir, organ, and 2 trumpets.  Very effective when trumpets play antiphonally from opposite sides of the sanctuary.
