Deborah is a catalyst for awakening the heart to the beauty and joy of gospel singing as well as being a dynamic teacher, director, and gifted songwriter. She brings her extensive experience directing school, church, and community choirs including her tenure as the Associate Director of the Lighthouse Singers of Marin, directing the Mendocino Sufi Camp Gospel Choir, and the Unity In Marin Choir.  The James Cleveland Gospel Music Workshop of America and the Edwin and Walter Hawkins Music & Arts Love Fellowship Conference have sung and recorded Deborah’s compositions.
