Jared -- Lucky you to have a good choir this size and good for you for pushing the envelope with them!  While some challenging music works best with smaller ensembles as noted above, two of my pieces seem well suited for your group.
Three Latin Prayers -- for SSATBB.  Less challenging but beautiful.  Individually or together, texts are Angele Dei, Agimus Tibi Gratias and Dona Nobis Pacem.  Details here.
Good luck,

Hi Jared,
Musica Russica has music by Vasily Titov that is challenging and wholly uniqe. Titov wrote in a Russian Baroque style and some of his pieces even went up to 24 parts! His Divine Service in G minor is quite beautiful and is written for 12 voices. His O Virgin Unwedded (for double choir) is also worth checking out.
Hope this helps!
