Hello fellow choir lovers!  

 

I am a third year teacher in semi-rural Montana (Florence is just outside of Missoula) and I'm planning a choir tour for this Spring.  This is the first time we have done anything like this at my school, however, I have enjoyed some great tours as a singer.  We are planning to leave May 31st, spend some time in Seattle over the weekend, and sing in Olympia with choirs there for a culminating concert on Tuesday June 2.    

 

However, I would like to offer another singing opportunity or two for my students.  Does anyone have suggestions on how to find options for this (I'm thinking...sing in an almost-empty church with great acoustics & meeting other choristers for an exchange/music-making).  Anywhere from Missoula to Seattle to Olympia, idealy staying on the planned trajectory for bus costs.
