Colorado Hebrew Chorale presents third annual "Festival of Lights"

The Colorado Hebrew Chorale, in partnership with Four Mile Historic Park, is pleased to present its third annual community Chanukah celebration, Festival of Lights at Four Mile Historic Park, which will take place on Monday evening, Dec. 10, 2012, starting at 5:30 p.m. (doors open at 5 PM) in Grant Hall at Four Mile Historic Park, 715 South Forest St., Denver CO 80246. Activities include a performance of holiday favorites by the Colorado Hebrew Chorale in Hebrew, Ladino, Yiddish and English, followed by Chanukah foods such as latkes (potato pancakes) and sufganiyot (Israeli-style jelly donuts), make your own candles, and instructional Israeli folk-dancing. Audience members are encouraged to bring their own menorahs and candles to light for the third night of Chanukah. Tickets are-$10 adults, $8 for seniors (+65) and youth (7-17), $5 members of Four Mile Historic Park, and free for children ages 0-6.
