Music in a Great Space Concert Series Presents Chanticleer
Music in a Great Space, the concert series at Shadyside Presbyterian Church, proudly presents Chanticleer on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at 4:00 p.m.
The 20th anniversary season of Music in a Great Space culminates with the return of the ever-popular Chanticleer, known the world over as “an orchestra of voices.” As the church’s series celebrates two decades of existence, “the world’s reigning male chorus” celebrates its own 35th anniversary season. Praised by the San Francisco Chronicle for its “tonal luxuriance and crisply etched clarity,” the Grammy® Award-winning ensemble will grace the Music in a Great Space series once again, presenting choral music from around the world, of the highest quality.
General admission tickets for Chanticleer cost $15 in advance, or $20 at the door (availability permitting). Previous presentations of Chanticleer on this series have drawn capacity crowds; pre-ordering is strongly encouraged. For more information on the Music in a Great Space series, call 412.682.4300, or visit www.shadysidepres.org.
