High school choir seeking master class, concert info in Chicago

Location: Illinois, USA
The Concert Choir of Woodland Christian High School in Breslau, Ontario, Canada is planning a spring tour to the Chicago area during the first weekend and week of June 2013.
As conductor (and tour manager!), whenever we go on tour, I place a priority on including three things:
1.  A master class with an excellent conductor who relates well to highschool-age children, preferably who can teach them something outside of my realm of expertise (a different genre, world music, improv, etc.).
2.  An experience of singing in a cathedral-type setting (I'm just looking for time in the building--we don't want to stage a performance there)
3.  Attending and experiencing the performance of a great choir.
As I have no contacts in Chicago, any insights offered into starting points in seeking out one or more of these would be greatly appreciated.  The WCHS Concert Choir is an unauditioned choir of 60 voices ages 14 - 18.  We sing primarily (but not exclusively) modern sacred SATB repertoire.
Thanks!
