Hello!  I am researching the music and life of Oklahoma's first instrumental music educator, Oscar J. Lehrer.  Lehrer's most famous composition was an operetta entitled "The Pennant" as well as several works for the Univ. of Oklahoma band that he conducted.  I am attempting to locate as much of his music as possible in preparation for a performance of every work of his I can get my hands on.  If anyone finds that they have a copy of anything written by Oscar J.
