The University of Oregon, University Development, and the Oregon Bach Festival (OBF) are seeking applications for the Director of Development, position in the OBF. Reporting jointly to the Assistant Vice President for Annual, Regional, and Special Gifts in University Development and the OBF President and General Manager, the director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising plan for the Oregon Bach Festival that includes the identification, qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of prospects with the capacity to make major gifts of at least $100K. In addition, this position will be responsible for securing gifts to the Conductor’s society, OBF’s leadership annual gift fundraising program. The director will be responsible for meeting fundraising goals and expectations as they relate to the strategic needs of the university and OBF. This position is field-oriented, requiring direct contact with donors and donor prospects. The director will be responsible for meeting fundraising goals as they relate to the strategic needs of the university. This position will involve regular travel to work with gift prospects.
