We are excited to invite you to audition for the 2013-2014 performance season of the The Paul Delgado Singers. Our auditions will be held May 31st, June 1st, 7th, and 8th. To schedule an audition please email us at: info@pauldelgadosingers.org

Here is what you need to know:

We are looking for 26-32 singers who are skilled, disciplined, with positive attitudes and have great team spirit, and are dedicated to making choral music at it's highest level.
We rehearse Wednesday evenings in Fullerton, CA.
We are a chamber choir with musical emphasis on Early Music, Romantic, Neo-Classical, 20th Century, and premiering new works.

Audition information:

Prepare an art song or aria. (Does not have to be memorized, an accompanist will be provided)
Rote Skills: Short musical lines will be played and you sing them back.
Aural Skills: Triads and 4-part chords will be played in inversions you sing back the pitches you hear in those chords.
Sight-Singing: 6-8 measures of 2 short pieces.
