Position Summary: Aldersgate United Methodist church, located in North Reading, MA. seeks a worship leader/keyboardist/choir director. Blended worship style (contemporary with affection for “old standards”) is our current worship style. Candidate should work within and also improve this format.

- Play keyboard throughout the 10:30 Sunday worship service.

- Lead weekly choir/worship team rehearsals (Sept through June)

- Communicate effectively with pastor, musicians and choir

- Select choral anthem for monthly presentations, with special emphasis on Christmas and Easter.                

- Coordinate and arrange special music on non-anthem Sundays. (solos/duets etc.)
