St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Durham, NC is looking for someone to lead an introductory summer choir program 9:45-10:45am on Sundays. Ages are 5-12 and class size would be 10-20, fluctuating over the summer. This is meant to build enthusiasm and support for a more formal program to launch in 2014. Interested teachers would need to attend a "Safe Churches" class on May 18th, 9 - 11am at either Church of the Good Shepherd in Raleigh or St. Timothy’s in Winston Salem, paid for by St. Philip's. There would be some pay, though we are still working out the amount available. Dates are tentatively targeted for early June through August.
