White Bear Lake UMC seeks a Director of Music Ministries to build upon the foundation and inspiration of its current program and lead development of the future of the music ministry.  The position is a half-time to three-quarter-time role, contingent on the candidate’s training and musical experience.  In addition to serving as the worship music planner and coordinator of all music activities, the Director of Music Ministries will also share their musical talents through one or more of the following: Chancel Choir Director, Handbell Choirs Director or Organist/Accompanist.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading a music ministry program (5+ years preferred); demonstrated knowledge/interest in a variety of musical styles; and a desire to courageously and collaboratively lead the transformation of music ministries in support of White Bear Lake UMC’s vision and future growth.
