The First United Methodist Church of Melrose, MA, an inclusive and growing church community located 15 minutes outside of Boston, seeks a dynamic and energetic Director of Music beginning in September 2013. Worship is at the center of the life of this church and this position plays a key role in designing both the musical and liturgical aspects of worship. The Director of Music will be responsible for playing the organ/piano for all worship services, directing the Chancel Choir, and will seek other ways in which music can play a role in the life of this congregation.
