Songs of Freedom

I am looking for suggestions for two or three part treble voices on the theme Songs of Freedom - I have lots of South African, Spirituals and Civil Rights ideas. Anyone got suggestions for other cultures/locales/eras? My singers will be in three different groups, a young choir (gr 1-3, Unison) and upper elementary/Jr High (gr 4-9, usually 2 pt), non auditioned, as well as a small ensemble gr 5-12 capable of a bit more. Many thanks!

Available for unison, SA or SATB, with piano or guitar accompaniment.  You may hear an SA recording, view an SATB video, read the text, and diwnload a free perusal pdf score on my website: www.gregbartholomew.com/libertyindex.html

This may be a bit too much for your singers to handle, but we do a song in Occitan: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoS4PA_O3NE. Click on "Show more" to view the translation. Contact me directly if you're interested.
