E or ME jazz pieces for concert choir

Well, I did it again, I overcommitted my poor dears this fall (SATB high school, intermediate/advanced, 36 voices). We're doing a gig at a local community wine & jazz festival, and I need suggestions for a few good and EASILY LEARNED pieces that also help develop a good feel for jazz. So far we're doing Ed Lojeski's Java Jive and Kirby Shaw's Cruella de Vil, and I'd like a couple more suggestions along those same lines, or even a little easier if possible. A double bonus if there are any Italian or Italian American references involved (Rat Pack, etc) that I can use later in the year for our Italian dinner show. Thanks!
